Doug Horner was born and raised in Tacoma, WA. Doug attended high school at Bellarmine Prep and college at Washington State University. He has worked in the construction industry since 1986. Doug has 30+ years of extremely varied and comprehensive experience in the construction field, including estimating in all CSI divisions, pre-construction services, conceptual estimating, architectural design, design-build, design-bid, negotiating contracts, soliciting subcontractor participation, operations management, scheduling, project accounting for commercial, institutional, industrial and residential project types as well as oversight of architects, engineers and consultants. When Doug is not working he enjoys golf, boating, the outdoors, traveling, and watching his favorite sports teams compete.
